Welcome to our Home Page and we hope you're having a great 2011! Our garden is located in the northwest corner of Connecticut and open this summer Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 9 AM - 5 PM, June 30, 2011 - August 7, 2011. RAIN or SHINE! This is our 31st year of this event! If you need to reach us, our number is 860-824-0381.

Our garden is seasonal and considered by many visitors as a hidden garden. For some we're a close drive and others a longer drive. We're open Thursdays - Sundays in the middle of the summer. If a visitor is interested in making an appointment outside of hours listed in the first paragraph on this page, please call our phone number from this page to discuss scheduling.

Hardy Daylily Garden is a local CT Daylily nursery run by the Hardy family. Daylilies and Hosta at Hardy Daylily Garden are in a garden setting to buy when a visitor is in the garden. The Hardy Daylily Garden isn't set up for mail order so that we can enjoy meeting visitors in the garden.

Hardy Daylilies are wonderful perennial plants. At Hardy Daylily Garden, and we sell over 1,000 named Daylily varieties at our beautiful garden in the Northwest corner of Connecticut. We also create our own varieties and sell seedlings. About half of the garden has named Daylilies and the other half has Daylily seedlings. Varieties of Daylilies we sell are whites, purples, eyezones, yellows, reds, white, spiders, miniatures, large flowers, doubles, and many other kinds. We also sell Hosta! We love perennials. If you are looking to grow your Daylily collection with the Stella De Oro Daylily, Joan Senior Daylily or many others, come visit and look through our collection. To maintain a home garden setting you'll usually see 1-10 of any variety we sell. We hope you'll be pleased at the large selection of varieties we grow that are Hardy for CT, NY, and MA.

We are located less than 30 minutes from Massachusetts and New York. We hand dig daylilies for you when you come into the garden without removing all of the soil. We bag plants for you, label them, and you can bring them home and watch them finish blooming. Then they come up beautifully the following year. While you are in the garden, you can learn about planting Daylilies and growing Daylilies. Of all nurseries in the tri state area, we hope you will enjoy our garden as one of your many favorites.

Sincerely,
The Hardys

PS - We look forward to seeing you in the garden!

Daylilies they want to photograph, admire, or consider adding to their collection.
